With account merging and email sending times

Merge Duplicate Accounts

Do you have two accounts for CRM stands for Customer Relationship Management. the same company, with different ontacts, opportunities, notes, emails, etc.?

You can now merge these take sms to data control accounts with just a few clicks.

Everything will be magically merged into one place. This includes:

  • the complete timeline with emails, meetings, calls, event tracking, …
  • tasks you created (or that Salesflare created for you)
  • the files you exchanged
  • the contacts and opportunities you have linked to the accounts
  • team members who have access to the accounts
  • and of course account information etc.

Want to try it?

Hover over an account avatar to switch to group take control mode, select a second account, and click the merge icon at the top.

Next, you’ll be asked which account data takes precedence (if there’s a conflict), and then you’ll click “merge”. It’s easy!

Email your workflows during business hours

Are you sending more automated emails with workflows than your inbox can handle?

Previously, when the daily take control quota was reached, the remaining emails were sent the next day at sometimes inconvenient times.

Not anymore!

Now you can set the days and times when your workflow should send emails.
