The COVID-19 coronavirus has affected all of our lives. For the health of the Enehano team, we have decided to implement a remote work regime from Monday, March 16, 2020.
For some members of the Enehano team, working from home is nothing new. Marek Tyrlík , Salesforce developer, and Kristína Puškášová , Marketing & Salesforce Specialist, wrote some tips for effective remote work for colleagues based on their experience in the USA and Peru.
Challenges and benefits of #Enehanoffice
Last year, Kika and I spent more than 5 months in chinese overseas europe database the States, where I worked for Enehano from the comfort of my home. This year, Kika also joined the remote work for Enehano and we are currently in Peru for almost two months. Our week looks like this: from Monday to Friday we work similarly to the Czech Republic, after work we explore the surroundings and on the weekend we travel, hike and enjoy ourselves – for example, to Rainbow Mountain, Colca Canyon or on a trek to Machu Picchu.
After the states where I basically worked from one place, we had one big unknown – how to combine great travel experiences and work effectively from anywhere. After almost two months, we can say that it is even a little more challenging than a classic home office. Yes, we think that even a home office for more than 2 days is more challenging than working from the office.
We believe that if you are planning to switch to a classic home office or #Enehanoffice like us, the following points will make the transition to a different mode at least a little easier.

8 tips for working more efficiently while working from home:
1. Separate work and home environments
The main thing is to feel as much like you are in the office as possible. Ideally, dress like you would for work in the morning, sit down at a desk where you will do nothing but work that day , and have everything in sight that might remind you that you are at home.
Try working at a desk with a view outside or facing a wall.
Don’t even think about working in bed in your pajamas or on the couch with the TV on.
Try to sit so that you can only see post office as a partner to make deliveries things around you that you see around you in the office.
Don’t even think about household chores like vacuuming, dusting, washing dishes, etc. If you were at work, it also has to last when you get home.
3. Use a timer
Or track your time. Not only will it help you report your work, but it will also take you one step closer to better dividing your work and home time.
Try tmetric.com (it also tracks which windows you have open), toggl.com
Don’t even think about not trying it.
4. Keep in touch
As the saying goes, “out of sight, out of mind”. A big benefit of offices is (at least for us) that we are surrounded by people who also work. And that motivates us.
Try to arrange video conferences or video calls at least once a day with other colleagues (the “video” is important).
Don’t even think about isolating yourself from others or scrolling through social media during a joint phone call.

Try to increase your activity and attention in thailand data regular meetings and statuses. Regularly check that you know what you will do in 1 to 2 days.
Don’t even think about waiting until you have finished everything to talk about the next work. It will probably come the next day.
