Enehano closed the year 2019.
So much has changed since its inception in 2016, but it still feels like it went by so quickly. It’s like childhood. Or more like puberty, when you grow so quickly, so uncontrollably, you discover new worlds, and it’s often not easy. But in the end, you’re stronger and more experienced.

When the numbers grow..
As we grew from 28 people to almost 50 during the year chinese overseas canada database and turnover increased by 52% , we had to set up a number of new processes, build individual departments, divide competencies more and set up new roles. All this will allow us to implement our plans for 2020, when we want to strengthen our position as the number one in delivering Salesforce projects for enterprise customers on the Czech market.
Another important shift for Enehano Solutions was the continued focus on the Salesforce platform and the related digitalization of business, marketing, customer service, and back office.
From 40% at the end of 2018, in 2019 we had more than 80% of our turnover from these services.
But we have a number of other plans for this year. For example, opening a branch in Brno for delivery. And we plan to use last year’s experience from the USA and Germany to open new markets within Europe.
And since our five-year anniversary, for which we set a goal to do Enehano teambuilding in Hawaii, is fast approaching, we are also slowly starting to plan.

I am also proud that we have launched two large Salesforce implementations into production :
ČSOB Insurance Company – enables merchants to provide better quality insurance and follow-up services for end customers, while management can manage a distribution network of more than 800 merchants and monitor production in real time
T-Systems Germany – replacement of Siebel CRM solution with Salesforce Sales Cloud and subsequent roll-out worldwide. Our team was primarily responsible for the technical architecture of the entire solution, data security in the cloud and integration with on-premise systems.
We greatly appreciate the trust placed in us and look forward to working with you again this year, as we once again strengthen our presence in the finance and scaling startups segments . At the same time, we also want to expand our services into the areas of utilities, telecommunications , and professional services .
A breakthrough year in a nutshell

2018
At the end of the year, there were 28 of us.
Turnover for 2018 was CZK 28.5 million.
40% of turnover came from Salesforce services and projects.
We managed to financially stabilize the entire company, which I consider to be the greatest success in all respects.
2019
There are 45 of us (an increase of 61%).
Turnover for 2019 was 44.5 million CZK (an increase of 56%).
More than 80% of turnover comes from Salesforce services and projects.
We have received Salesforce Gold partner status and the Salesforce Rising Star FY19 award.
The numbers alone show that a lot happened here last year.
So what did we actually achieve?
1. We won all the tenders we participated in (except one), and thanks to this we gained the trust of a number of other customers.
2. We have invested in training our consultants and tripled the number of certifications in one year. We have set up internal mentoring, an architecture board and many other things that support the sharing of our know-how.
3. We have become a Salesforce Gold Partner . For our clients, this primarily means verification that we have a large and certified team, that we have positive customer reviews of our work, and that we have delivered a significant number of projects. This is the only way to obtain this title. Last year, we were also awarded the Salesforce Rising Star FY19 award .
4. We participated in market education and became a Platinum partner of the largest Salesforce conference in Prague – Basecamp 2019. At the same time, we participated in several lectures at both the University of Economics and the Czech Technical University.
5. The latest innovation is the organization of the Salesforce Women in Tech group , where we want to help mainly women get into the Salesforce field and get educated. The first course was completed by 20 women, who mainly learned Salesforce administration.
6. We expanded the organizational structure and strengthened the management team:
