Jarda Havrda from Enehano Solutions: “I no longer wanted to be just an expense number in the spreadsheet”

In the last year alone, the Enehano Solutions team has expanded from 28 people to almost 50. One of the most notable new hires is the experienced Jaroslav Havrda , who spent 15 years at IBM and recently decided to change his approach to work.

Since the beginning of the year, you could meet him at the Enehan offices, where as the new Enterprise Sales Director he still enjoys the unusually “family” environment and wants to help build the number one Salesforce in the Czech Republic. Today, like all Enehan employees, he helps remotely.

“Team spirit” cannot be planned or ordered

Just looking at your CV, it’s obvious that Enehano has gained a great addition to the team. Which professional stage do you personally consider the most important?

Hello readers, I enjoy communicating with people, so chinese overseas british database  I have been working in sales positions my entire career. The most important year is 2020, because for a businessman, the end of the current quarter and fiscal year is always the most important. The adage “nothing is older than yesterday’s news” also applies to the results achieved last year.

 

Besides, you spent 15 long years at IBM. So why the sudden change and move to Enehan?
If only 15 were at IBM – I have worked in a corporate environment for a total of 25 years.

What surprised you the most about Enehan? What was the biggest shock?
>lass=”yoast-text-mark” />> Each consultant has the opportunity to plan their own development, consult with more experienced colleagues about their future direction, and also gets the space to implement this development. Thanks to this, the current team already has almost 100 different official Salesforce certifications and is continuously working on more.

The biggest shock for me was the absence of a managerial  thailand data</span> reporting structure. At Enehan, I have one director, and in the corporation I regularly reported to 4 direct line managers and about 10 indirect ones.
