Max strength is therefore an intrinsic

Quality in me that is lost little and is maintained at a Max strength  very high level… 2 months later
, I still can’t do better in sprinting despite obvious progress
in bodybuilding, so a certain difficult level to cross in the recruitment
of motor units and therefore a stagnant energy output…. This famous output had already been detected very
good during my stress test in 2011 . Dr. Matter found me to have Max strength  one
of the highest recorded yields by
comparing the measured VO2max and the resulting PMA
at the end of the pedal… It would therefore seem that I am also on a maximum. This is
why I am getting so few results. The good surprise would rather come from the first sessions of

February in PMA/lactic

As I was planning to do VMA in running for February, I replaced it with PMA on the bike. At high
intensity limit I5/I6 105% of PMA, I am phone number list surprised by the watts obtained
for the few sessions carried out. With already sustainable intensities of 320 watts
average in 30/30 on sets of 8 minutes, I am 10 watts away from my best
score of 2013!!
9 min @ 320w avg/330wnp, 1300 watt sprints right after the 30/30 sets…

CTL 70 for the period, 8 hours per week, only 1 to 2 hour training sessions.
For a recovery, this
seems encouraging, so there could be an ability to hold I5/I6 more
easily (lactic importance). For I4 and the maintenance of watts at high rpm, we
will monitor this later. I therefore continue at 2x weeks until the end of

February and will switch to maintenance

Mode for the rest of the every now and then season. To be continued for
the results in 2014. We will remember that depending on the years of
practice and the muscular performance of each person, the benefits of weight training will
therefore vary. It is once again a case by case basis even if all the
latest studies seem to show an interest in be numbers endurance sports. Once
again, the power meter will allow us to validate or not the gains.
